We’re responsible for driving Airbnb’s business performance by deploying innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. </p> <p><strong>The difference you will make</strong><br>As Growth Marketing Lead, you will help shape Airbnb’s growth strategy in Korea by identifying opportunities, generating insights, and partnering with global and regional teams to deliver impact in the Korean market.<br>This role sits at the intersection of market insights, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyze performance data, identify opportunities unique to Korea’s digital ecosystem, and work closely with regional channel owners and global teams to ensure campaigns, product capabilities, and marketing initiatives are optimized for the Korean market.<br>Success in this role requires strong understanding of the Korean digital landscape, including local platforms such as Naver and Kakao, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that global teams can execute.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Market Insights and Opportunity Identification: Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform Korea-specific marketing strategies.</li> <li>Growth Strategy Development: Translate insights into clear growth strategies and r
Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.
Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).
Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
