You will identify growth opportunities across Asia’s diverse markets, guide regional strategies, and partner closely with global and regional teams to ensure initiatives are tailored to local needs and scaled effectively.</p> <p>You will be instrumental in building Asia-specific capabilities, including creative and execution models such as regional pods, and advancing an AI-first approach to marketing and localized asset development. Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.
Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).
Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
