As an AV and Events Engineer L4, you will be responsible for managing and supporting audiovisual (AV) technology solutions, remote event support, and executive support for industry conferences. Your expertise in AV technology trends, bleeding-edge tools, and certifications will contribute to the success of our organization's AV and events initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• 1

  Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.

• 2

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.

• 3

  Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.

• 4

  Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.

• 5

  Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).

• 6

  Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end product design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS awareness).
