Key Responsibilities

  Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines from diverse data sources (databases, APIs, event streams, files).

• 2

  Develop and manage data warehouse/lake solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).

• 3

  Implement and maintain data quality checks, validation, and monitoring to ensure high data reliability.

• 4

  Optimize queries and pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• 5

  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  Maintain documentation of data models, pipelines, and systems.

• 7

  Implement data governance, security, and privacy standards (access control, PII handling).

• 8

  Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement of data tooling.

• 9

  Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, data vault).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
