This role will work directly with senior leadership to provide actionable insights and financial guidance for the business.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>The Difference You Will Make:</strong></span></p> <p>The Associate Principal in SFA within the Business Finance org acts as a critical finance and strategy leader working cross-functionally to drive financial planning and analysis, tracking performance across CBO priorities. Key Responsibilities

  Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.

  Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.

• 4

  Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.

• 5

  Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).

• 6

  Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end product design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS awareness).
