Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.
Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).
Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
