About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Expert to support customers throughout their entire journey — resolving issues via phone, text, and email while leveraging AI tools to improve response quality and surface meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

    Deliver personalized, best-in-class customer support via phone, text, and email to meet high satisfaction standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of work experience in a customer-facing role; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to various communication styles.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to work more efficiently — drafting responses, surfacing help content, identifying issue patterns.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is a strong team player.
