This role is designed for a developing creative who is eager to learn the ropes of a world-class brand, working closely with senior designers and art directors to bring the Twilio story to life across various touchpoints.</p> <p>As a Graphic Design Intern at Twilio, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines, you’ll be an active contributor to our creative output. Key Responsibilities

• 1

  Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.

• 3

  Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.

• 4

  Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.

• 5

  Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).

• 6

  Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end product design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS awareness).
