Key Responsibilities

  • 1

    Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.

  • 2

    Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.

  • 3

    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • 4

    Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data.

  • 5

    Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, and campus programs.

  • 6

    Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • 7

    Support HR operations — policies, compliance, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment or HR generalist experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
