Each club is managed by volunteer Community Leaders who are experienced Hosts and Airbnb is here to connect, improve, and retain our Hosts.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;">The Airbnb Community team is looking for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Community Engagement Lead </strong>to lead the engagement for one of our most important host segments, our Community Leaders. This role is responsible for building and managing communications channels, engagement strategy, and content to drive Community Leader satisfaction, retention, and business impact.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-s

Key Responsibilities

• 1

  Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.

• 3

  Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.

• 4

  Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.

• 5

  Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).

• 6

  Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end product design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS awareness).
