We have a huge responsibility to our community of Hosts and Guests to be there when things don’t go exactly as planned with their reservations. We have a lot of work to do in the coming years and we are looking for someone who will help us manage all of the things that need to be done to deliver best-in-class services to our community.</p> <p class="p1">The Claims Experience team is responsible for providing premium support&nbsp; for our users by tailoring the experience and services we offer to their own specific needs so that everyone can host and travel with confidence. Key Responsibilities

• 1

  Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.

• 3

  Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.

• 4

  Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.

• 5

  Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).

• 6

  Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end product design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS awareness).
