You will be a member of a SCRUM team which designs, implements, owns and operates the Twilio Console. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence roadmap priorities, propose innovative solutions that will enable Twilio to achieve its goal of being the world’s most trusted customer engagement platform.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, test and deploy new features using technologies

Key Responsibilities

  Build responsive, accessible, performant web UIs using modern frameworks.

  Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, delightful experiences.

  Write clean, reusable, well-tested component code with strong documentation.

• 4

  Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and manage application state at scale.

• 5

  Lead front-end architecture decisions and establish team best practices.

• 6

  Continuously improve web performance, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility scores.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional front-end development.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or Angular/Vue).
• Experience with state management, testing (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
