Key Responsibilities

  Handling and resolving customer inquiries efficiently via voice calls, emails, or chat support.

  Addressing customer issues related to product orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds.

  Navigating through multiple internal tools and applications simultaneously to research solutions and provide accurate information.

  Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and aiming for first-contact resolution for all queries.

  Strictly adhering to company guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and data confidentiality norms.

• 6

  Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved priority issues to the appropriate internal technical or management teams.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 / 12th pass, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, or BPO environments (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, along with fluency in Hindi.
• Willingness to work from the Pune office in a 24/7 environment, which involves rotational night shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations, internet browsing, and decent typing speed.
