You will be responsible for developing a strategy to acquire new customers for Twilio, collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as demand generation marketing, digital sales, partner managers and system engineers.&nbsp; Our customers are often application owners, product managers, line of business executives, CxO’s, Head’s of invitation, omni channel and digital strategy partners. Key Responsibilities

    Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to company goals.

    Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, data, and stakeholders.

  • 3

    Write detailed PRDs and user stories; partner with engineering and design.

  • 4

    Drive go-to-market planning and coordinate cross-functional launches.

  • 5

    Track product KPIs, design experiments, and iterate based on insights.

  • 6

    Advocate for the customer while balancing business and technical constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/MBA in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of product management experience at a tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics tools.
