The role will have a focus on applying deep experience design expertise and an end-to-end customer perspective to define how to ensure quality at scale. Your ability to prototype new formats leveraging technology to streamline processes, improve scalability, and unlock new ways of working to enable the Supply and Production teams to scale the product vision effectively. Key Responsibilities

• 1

  Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity delivery.

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into design decisions.

• 3

  Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.

• 4

  Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ship experiences users love.

• 5

  Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA).

• 6

  Present work clearly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end product design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS awareness).
