You'll drive engineering excellence and establish strong operating mechanisms across complex, interdependent teams.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilitie

Key Responsibilities

  Design and build scalable, reliable backend services and APIs used by millions.

  Write clean, efficient, well-tested code with emphasis on maintainability.

  Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape feature requirements.

• 4

  Lead system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

• 5

  Identify, debug, and resolve complex production issues.

• 6

  Mentor junior engineers and uphold high code quality through reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
