About the Team   Meesho Mall is Meesho’s branded commerce business, focused on building a trusted destination for branded products across categories for users. We are chasing a goal to acquire wallet share of a user on branded items. It is a rocket-ship within Meesho that has been growing super fast YoY   About the Role   Meesho is building one of India's largest distributor networks to enable faster deliveries, lower shipping costs, and deeper brand penetration across the country. As a Distributor Onboarding Lead (AM – Operations), you will own the complete journey of expanding Meesho's distributor network—from identifying potential distributor partners to successfully onboarding and activating them. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role that requires strong business development

Key Responsibilities

• 1

  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or equivalent tools.

• 2

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into design decisions.

• 3

  Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and component library.

• 4

  Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship delightful user experiences.

• 5

  Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

• 6

  Ensure designs are accessible and meet WCAG guidelines.

• 7

  Stay up to date with design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process.
• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD).
• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS basics).
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability tests.
• Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail.
